WELCOME
Welcome to Guisborough U3A. We are a self-help, self-managed lifelong learning cooperative for older people no longer in full-time work. We are affiliated to The Third Age Trust, and a registered charity (No.1125829).
We provide opportunities for our fast-growing membership to meet like-minded people, and to get involved in a wide-range of interest groups. We get together to meet new people, try new activities and to have fun in learning.
The pages on our website will tell you all you need to know about us but above all we look forward to you joining us at our monthly get-together at Guisborough Methodist Church Hall on the afternoon of the first Wednesday of each month.
What's new
Our next regular monthly get-together is on Wednesday 3rd December at 2pm in Guisborough Methodist Church Hall where you can also register for Interest Groups.
Visit to Castle Howard to Craft Fair and to see "The house dressed for Christmas" on December 9th. Tickets (£20) on sale at the November meeting.
The Christmas Concert at The Sage, Gateshead on December 14th. Demand for tickets (£33) has been high, and we are operating a waiting list.
West Side Story (matinee performance) at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle on February 19th. Tickets (£28) on sale at the November and December meetings.
