Further Detail: We are a friendly bunch whose aim is to learn to cook (some of us) and others to keep practising but to cook different things. Our Group Coordinator tends to give 3 recipes each session so that everyone chooses 1 or more than 1 dish to tackle, according to personal taste and ability; sometimes we all cook the same thing. The recipes are widely spread from throughout the world with a bias towards English dishes; we will tackle any personal preferences / requests, if it is at all possible. Demonstrations are sometimes necessary, or desired, but these are as brief as possible and we get on cooking as much as we can.
